With the new application published in the Official Gazette dated 11 July 2021 and entered into force, the prohibition of construction on shared parcels has been lifted. With the new application, it is possible to build on shared parcels provided that the land size is not less than 1500 (one thousand five hundred) square metres and the share of each shareholder is not less than 500 (five hundred) square metres. However, for the construction, the land must have a frontage to the cadastral road and the written agreement of all shareholders on the construction sketch is required.
